Originally from France, she worked for 10 years in research laboratories, including 5 years in the two top Research Centres in Quebec, Canada. Clemence’s background in biochemistry and immunology made her look closer into the formulation of household products. She worked most recently in the Research and Development of cosmetics before joining the Naturity Planet's team.

Also hailing from Germany, Rolf has worked in leading positions for international chemical manufacturers in Europe and has more than 40 years of experience in the chemical industry. He worked in positions related to international sales and product development, including Sales and Marketing Director, Chemicals Division Manager and Managing Director. Rolf started many years ago to research and develop Green Solvents for the international market and is one of the early advocates and forerunners for green and sustainable chemicals.
